June is over, I can’t believe it! And Racine is two weeks away. Life has been all about training lately, and gathering inspiration from all the other athletes giving their all out there on races courses everywhere.
Beth is an IRONMAN!! She did Coeur d’Alene Idaho last week. Amazing. I can’t wrap my head around how much work goes into this, but I want it so bad!
Jon raced the inaugural Ironman Mont Tremblant 70.3 last Sunday, and had an amazing race. As well, he posted some amazing photos of the beautiful Quebec city in the days leading up to the race. I’ve fallen in love with the photos – that race is now on my bucket list of races!
Hillary Biscay is not only a professional Ironman triathlete, she’s a coach too. And a whole lot of her athletes were racing this past weekend. She gives a wrap up of their adventures here.
I love, love, LOVE Christie’s blog, as you can probably tell by the number of times I post links to her here, but this link is important – it’s about eating healthy on the cheap. I have a very tight family food budget, and I promise, you CAN eat healthy on a budget!
I recently discovered The Lean Green Bean, and while Lindsay has been on vacation she’s had a lot of great guest posters. This recipe for Confetti Quinoa Salad looks amazing – must try it!
Goals update: I did OK yesterday. I ran, I worked, I finished 2 blog posts. I didn’t get the survey at work done, but oh well. I finished and emailed the recruiting document, and I commented on lots of blogs. 🙂 Good day.
