Hey! This week actually went pretty well! How nice to start an update post on a positive note for a change. 🙂 I got some good, solid workouts in this week, and even though I weighed in two days early, I did see a small decline on the scale. So wins all around!

Weight: 146.6 lbs – (9.4 lbs down)
Body Fat %: 28.7% – (1.9% down)
Body Water: 6.2% – I was using the wrong measurement here. 🙁

I hate to say it, but not having the kids this week made it much easier to get workouts done – of course! No guilt to be had for working out instead of spending time with them either. So while it was a good week, it was not typical, and next week life goes back to normal. But school goes back in two more weeks, at which point exercising during the days should be a little easier.
If I get my schedule this week, my next task will be to build my training plan for the Goofy – it’s only 19 weeks away!
