Weekly Update – January 28, 2012

It’s been a decent week – I’ve gotten in some workouts, and tried eating well, although I have totally given in to some nasty cravings! But I’m mentally tossing around a couple of ideas to fix this. I did take a lot of time this week to read, catch up on housework, and get a few other things done. Very worthwhile, and so relaxing!

Swimming:

2012/01/24 – 45 minute lesson (flip turns, scissor kicks)
2012/01/27 – 1.0 km (50 laps) in 29:49

Running:

2012/01/22 – 4.25 miles in 41:30 (treadmill)
2012/01/25 – 4.0 miles in 38:48 (treadmill)

Cycling:

No cycling this week.

Weight Training

2012/01/27 – 30 minute weights at the YMCA

Not a bad week at all. My training plan starts next week, so I’ll actually have prescribed workouts to keep me on track!

Goals update: I forgot to set goals for Saturday, but did get Friday’s goals done, and still got a lot accomplished Saturday anyway. So good!
