This week was about letting my tattoo heal and trying to get my head back in the game. I’m not sure I succeeded 100%, but I know I felt more rested this week than I have in a long time. Early to bed has been very helpful – I’m getting up to 7 hours of sleep a night, which is a real change for me.

All in all, a better week as I started to feel better by about Tuesday. As for food, I’m still on my (mostly) vegan path – I have a couple of eggs once a week, and this week had butter on my popcorn at the movies (gasp!). Like I said, not really even feeling deprived. I am making some neat dishes though – nothing really exciting, just different food combinations. I’m planning to keep going on this path for a while – we’ll see when (or if) I feel like eating meat again. I’ll post more on that later.
Overall, I’m happy with my week. Now if only I could get my life a little more organized!
