This week we took in our first two pet sitting clients, and boy did it throw off my workout schedule! Between not sleeping the first night (separation anxiety for one dog), and working nights and having crazy stuff happen, well, workouts just didn’t happen. This week we’re going to Clear Lake for training for 3 days though, so I’ll make up for it.
It’s weigh in week. And I’m happy – I’ve done super well shedding the water weight from Racine, and have even lost a little!

A very light training week. Probably not a bad thing, but now it’s full out training for the Riding Mountain triathlon coming up in mid-August.
Goals update: I ran once. I amde Mac & Cheese. I wrote 7 blog posts (yay me!). I packed for camping. I read a little bit – hardly at all though. And… that’s it. Pet sitting and work being a gong show threw my schedule out the window!
