Weekly Update – June 25, 2011

Well, my vacation is over, I’m back at work, but my week off was wonderful! Even though the marathon was only last week, I managed to get more good workouts in this week than i have in a long time…. if only I didn’t need to work (and love my job, too!)!!

Weight: 141.8 lbs
Body Fat %: 27.7%
Body Water %: 52.8%
BMI: 24.2

Weight: +1.4 lbs
Body Fat: +0.5%
Body Water: (0.3%) down
BMI: +0.2

Change from January 1, 2011:
Weight: 146.6 lbs – (4.8 lbs down)
Body Fat %: 28.7% – (1.0% down)
Body Water: 6.2% – I was using the wrong measurement here. 🙁
BMI: 25.0 – (0.8 down)

Swimming:

2011/06/21 – 35 minute open water swim, not sure of distance.

Running:

2011/06/19 – 26.57 miles in 4:40:07 (Marathon)
2011/06/22 – 1.0 miles in 8:58 (treadmill brick)
2011/06/23 – 3.69 miles in 36:31 (outside)
2011/06/25 – 5.0 miles in 45:07 (treadmill sprints)

Cycling:

2011/06/21 – 12.0 miles in 35:20 (indoors)
2011/06/22 – 15.0 miles in 35:21 (indoors)
2011/06/24 – 11.76 miles in 42:25 (indoors)

Hot Yoga

No hot yoga this week.

Four runs, three bikes and a swim, what a great week! The marathon went well, and now ot is only 10 weeks to Regina.
