Weekly Update – June 25, 2012

Three more weeks!! I can’t believe it’s so close – taper officially starts this week! The best part? I know I can do it. 🙂

I had a pretty good training week, although I didn’t get enough swimming done. Really need to pick that up this week, just to get comfortable in the water.

I’ll do a formal weigh in next weekend, but I’m holding pretty stable =/- 1 pound or so.

Weight Training

No weight training this week.

Yes, I actually went to yoga TWICE this week!! I know, amazing right? But I found it helped loosen my tight calf muscles so much… I got up at 5:15 to go on Friday before work, and it was worth it!

Goals update: Decent weekend, considering how much I worked! I ran, but didn’t swim. I wrote 6 blog posts (look at me go!). I applied for a couple of jobs, but couldn’t find 5 good ones I wanted to apply for. I made up and posted posters and Kijiji ads. So it was a good weekend.

Today’s goals:

1. 1 workout
2. Type/edit 2 blog posts
3. Comment on 10+ blogs
4. Finish mystery shopping approval process

    Glad the yoga sessions helped loosen your muscles. I really need to get back into some sort of yoga/pilates class — just haven’t figured out when I can fit it into my schedule yet. Hopefully this upcoming week!
