This week was a decent week – I got most of my workouts back on track, and starting Tuesday I also got my eating pretty much back on track too. Plus we got some very promising news about Bruce, so all in all, a good week!

I had a busy week, with work, Christmas prep, some board work for the CMA… lots of stuff going on. But I’m still pretty happy with how the week went in general.
Goals for the weekend – I did pretty good. I was 4/4 on Thursday, and 3/3 on Friday! Yesterday I cleaned my bathroom, wrote a blog post, did some brainstorming for the new blog I want to launch, and did some Christmas shopping, but did not run my long run. I’ve been struggling with a sore knee, and while my 10 miles on Friday went awesome, I woke up to a sore knee on Saturday. I bought a knee brace, and am lowering the incline on my treadmill. I also bought a pressure stick for working the IT band out (what I suspect is causing my problem). So I’ll try again today.
Goals for today:
