Weekly Update – November 5, 2012

I haven’t completely disappeared, really. I figure I’m working between 50-60 hours a week at the new job, nursing a cranky shoulder (and being a bit of a suck about it, too), and I’ve basically holed up in my living room and played hermit – and it’s been good. A little TV, a little crochet, and a little mental health. 🙂

OK, so my shoulder has been a pain – not in pain, just a pain. I was able to swim with no issue on Monday; then on Wednesday, click click click. Sigh. So I’ve been completely lazy since Wednesday in rebellion; today I get back to work. Still no weigh in – I’m hovering around 147. Ugh. Cleaner eating starts today too.

Hot Yoga

No yoga this week

Weight Training

I’ve stopped doing P90X until my shoulder heals. I’m doing my shoulder exercises 3-4 times per week instead, and they do seem to be helping.

So there it is. Goals for the week? Try to stay on track with my workouts (I have a schedule! And a plan!). Clean up my eating – this week, no more sugar. We’ll tackle a different demon next week.

That’s it! Next step – Ironman training. 🙂

    Hi Kris!
I’m so behind on commenting. I hope your shoulder heals soon.
Good luck giving up sugar – you can totally do it! Have fun with your Ironman training 🙂
